Get it!

Well, just in case our cores aren't feeling used enough lately, (I mean let's be honest I'm sure my abs and lower back are feeling a little neglected) today is Snatch day!!

Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Increase loads each set, post loads to comments.

Here is my vote for what the schedule will look like:
At 5PM we (being whoever can) meet at SFA and knock this puppy out! Then the Core group meeting, and around 830 whoever couldn't come before is welcome to come over to my house and use the bar there.
