great workout. terrible feeling in the morning. i had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. i loved it though.As Rx'ed: 21 rounds + 5 pullups + 2 ring dipsPullups: 110Ring Dips: 107!Situps: 315never thought i could do that many of any of those. Thanks for pushing me Josh!
