Squatty Lynne

A Squatty version of "Lynne"

Five Rounds for Max reps of:

Bodyweight Benchpress
Pull-ups
Bodyweight Back Squat

Push till failure, post # of reps for each exercise & round...

I'll be meeting Andy at SFA from 5-6PM, we both need to leave at 6 promptly, so if you come...better get there at 5 and be ready to go at 6.

Only had time for three rounds...this workout was definitely harder than it sounded on paper:

Andy:
Bodyweight BP: 13-10-8
Pullups: 25-20-21
Bodyweight BS: 10-10-7

Josh:
Bodyweight BP: 6-5-4
Pullups: 20-15-16
Bodyweight BS: 12-10-12

Today might have been kinda cheaty, as it seems my bodyweight can officially be pegged at 190 now and i worked out out with 185
