Rest Day / WOD?

Today is officially a rest day, but given that none of us did any workouts this weekend, we're gonna make this a 4 day cycle.

Saturday's WOD:

"Quarter Pounder"
4 Rounds for time:
Run 400m
50 Air Squats

my last time was 15:56 in July, this should get shattered today!!

I call my version of this WOD the quadruple meat quarter pounder. 4 rounds of 1 mile then 50 air squats. Yum!

Dude! you only weigh like 100 pounds so that's 1% of your body weight...I dont think you can handle that!

Anyways: 14:49 for me...a full minute better than last time (even though it was two months ago and I was at 5000' elevation, you'd expect a bigger improvement)
