30 Muscle-ups for time
I can finally do Muscle-ups consistenly, so I will actually be doing today's workout and not having to sub pullups and dips. I'll be prayer-walking with Drew @ Austin's Colony around 530-630ish. Call me if you wanna meet up, and both Andy and I have rings, so this could be a fun time!!!

Did 14...have no idea how long...probably somewhere around 20 min...then about 50 failed attempts, needless to say my elbows are still goofed up.
