So last time we did bodyweight bench press I weighed 185...this time I weighed 188, dang.
These are rough guesses at my actual numbers:
Round 1 - 7/23
Round 2 - 7/18
Round 3 - 6/22
Round 4 - 6/20
Round 5 - 5/17
