For time:

50 Situps
50 Double-Unders
50 Situps
50 Lunges
50 Situps
50 Burpees
50 Situps

Did this one in the backyard by myself...I figured my body was too shot to do anything with weights till at least Friday!

This was one of the first few workouts I did back in June - I'm sure it took me a half hour last time, and I definitely didn't do double unders or a legit sub for them either!
