As Rx'ed as possible on the homemade GHD - 25:33
Not really sure how it's even humanly possible for some of these guys to do a sub 10, though I did take my time, but surprisingly I'm not near as sore as normal after a bunch of GHD SU's - maybe I'm getting stronger!
