Hmmm?

Not sure what we're doing today, as is obvious by the prescribed workout and the state of my abs. Also not sure when/where/how/what we'll be doing, since the plan is to go to Andy's game at 5:45 @ College Station Middle School on Rock Prairie - so maybe we'll do some random workout afterwards?

Drew did the assigned WOD:

For time:
135# Squat Clean - 10 reps
50 GHD Situps
135# Squat Clean - 8 reps
40 GHD Situps
135# Squat Clean - 6 reps
30 GHD Situps
135# Squat Clean - 4 reps
20 GHD Situps
135# Squat Clean - 2 reps
10 GHD Situps

And I did the WOD from June 12th, 2008:

7 rounds for time of:
10 one-legged squats, alternating legs
12 ring dips
15 pullups

Finished my workout in 30:23 - could have been much faster, but those stinking ring dips destroy your arms/chest
