10 Man Makers 30# Dumbells (or 1 pood KB's)
20 Pull Ups (Monkey Bar Pull Ups/2 Pull Ups every other bar)
30 Ring Dips
40 Lunges
50 Double Unders

Dress like a super hero and destroy this work out for time.
