"Burpee Hell"
Ten rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups
Ouch - today is gonna suck. I did this workout for the first time (scaled down to 10's), on June 8th, 2008, and was pretty well out of commission for a week. This was my first taste of Crossfit, and somehow I made it through it, though my body hated me for awhile after.
Let's see if I can finish today w/o coming as close to throwing up. Also I'm sure this time I'll finish and be able to see/walk/think/function/eat, cuz last time those things were a little fuzzy for an hour.
I'll be doing this at my house at 5PM, whoever can come please join me, if you can't I know Dustin will be doing this later on - and even if I'm not there, you guys are welcome to come use my backyard if you want.

Take that former workout of death! I'd say I cut about....20 minutes off my last time...that and I feel great today!
ok maybe great is over stating it...i'm pretty sore
