Mmmm...get some!

Crossfit Total:

Back Squat - 1 rep
Shoulder Press - 1 rep
Deadlift - 1 rep

Lookin forward to knocking my old numbers out of the park, especially on deadlift and press. Should be good. We'll hit this up sometime after workday in the afternoon at SFA. See you there or be square!

Today's:
275/155/340 = 770!!!
