Clean & Jerk Drill of Death:

5 rounds for time of:

135# Deadlift - 15 reps
135# Hang Power Clean - 12 reps
135# Front Squat - 9 reps
135# Push Jerk - 6 reps

Meet at my house at 6 and be ready to die!!

I'm very excited about this as last time I did it at like 115# and 95# and still only did 3 rounds.
