a slight dissapointment

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Pushups
8 2-pood KBell Swings

Ok, so the hope is to be doing this at SFA at 5PM if I hear from Andy. I hope he brought his rings or this will take longer for several people to do, although I suppose I could do this entire workout by myself at home. So that's the deal, if you wanna do this workout let me know and I'll either be doing it at SFA or my house at 5PM. Either way they are close to each other.

Forgot Andy has a marathon this weekend and won't be working out...I think I'll be doing this at my house by myself, unless Drew shows up to keep me company.

5 rounds with a 1.5pood Kbell

Could have done maybe 5 more rounds but the muscle-ups forced me to take huge breaks. Esp. number 10 took so long to crank out that I think I did the last 2 rounds in 10 minutes.

Boo!

Eventually this will become a metcon, but for yesterday it was just a strength workout.
